Just Call Me Dr. Knit

I have been knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting. The project I'm working on has a final stitch count in the tens of thousands. I calculated. When you work on a giant project that doesn't grow very fast, you find time to do calculations to figure out why it isn't growing despite the hours you've put into it. I've just wound the last ball of yarn for this project and I'm extremely excited. By my calculations, I should be done knitting in four days. Hopefully the remaining Dr. Who episodes last that long.

I know that exact feeling. Usually, I can get away with not casting something else on, but lately I've been feeling the start-itis. Oh well, I've got America: The Story of Us. It's a 9 hr documentary. So much knitting!

Yes, I am feeling that exact way right now with one of my sweaters, even my blanket is working up faster than that annoying sweater. But stick with it and enjoy the process if you can, it will be totally worth it when you are finished. I'm definitely in total suspense right now, I cannot wait to find out what it is!

Good luck on all the knitting. You know, it's weird, I've never seen Dr. Who. I get the sense that I'm missing out on something awesome...

Weee! Which Doctor are you watching these days? I recently started rewatching the Eccleston & Tennant years.

Can't wait to see the finished product on your knitting! The color is beautiful.

There's nothing like a bit of TV to get you through the knitting.

That sounds like a shawl! I'm very curious to see what it is. The colour is gorgeous.
